Dates: Friday, August 28, 6:00 PM PST - Sunday, August 30, 3:00 PM PST

Location: Gena's Sierra Inn (Dunlap, CA)

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

Wonder Under the Stars (camping with shared bathroom), $400 + tax

Shared Wonder Experience (shared room, private bed, shared bathroom), $525 + tax

Private Wonder Santuary (private room and bathroom), $675 + tax

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review the cancellation policy carefully before registering.

Cancellations must be submitted by email to hello@we-are-mosaic.com and must explicitly state that you are requesting to cancel your registration.

Refunds are based on the date your written cancellation request is received by Mosaic.

Cancellations received on or before July 15 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received July 16 through August 7 are eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable $200 deposit.
Cancellations received after August 7 are non-refundable.

I have read and agree to the Awaken Her Wonder cancellation and refund policy. I understand that to cancel, I must email hello@we-are-mosaic.com and explicitly state that I am requesting to cancel my registration.

Required Forms After Registration

After registering, you will receive required retreat forms to complete and sign before attending. These may include:

Retreat Policies and Liability Waiver
Health and Emergency Contact Form
Community Agreement
Photo/Video Release or Opt-Out Form

All required forms must be completed and signed by August 5, 2026. You may not attend the retreat unless all required forms are completed.

Awaken Her Wonder may include yoga, movement, group experiences, creative practices, reflection, rituals, water or outdoor experiences, and other retreat activities.

Every invitation is optional. You may participate, modify, observe, or pass at any time.

Final Registration Agreement

By completing my registration and payment for Awaken Her Wonder, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the payment, cancellation, refund, participation, required forms, community, and electronic communication terms above. I understand that my registration is not complete until payment is submitted.
